BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Please check availability before completing the booking form by telephoning or use the email facility on the Contact Page.
- Telephone bookings are accepted up to 9.00 p.m., but your confirmation and deposit must be received within 3 working days to secure your holiday.
- The deposit of 25% is only refundable if the required accommodation is not available.
- The balance of the tariff must be paid within 8 weeks (60 days) of the date of arrival, by cheque payable to Mrs D Ashe, or direct into a bank account. (Details available upon request)
- In the event of the balance not being paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-let the cottage. If re-letting cannot be arranged, you will be liable for the balance. Cancellations are accepted up to 8 weeks prior to the holiday date.
- It is recommended that visitors take out their own holiday cancellation insurance.
- All bookings are from 3.00 p.m. on the date of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the date of departure.
- • One quiet well behaved dog is permitted by prior arrangement only, a charge of £15 applies . Your dog is allowed in downstairs rooms only ( apart from Assistance dogs)
- All guests are expected to leave the cottage clean and tidy when vacating. Keys will be given to you on arrival, and collected on departure.
- You must report and pay for any damage, loss or breakages in the cottage during your stay.
- Only guests named on the booking form are permitted to stay.
- Payment of the deposit is taken as accepting these conditions.
